Help us continue our important work in administering HR services by joining our team as the Human Resources Coordinator.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR staff with duties in benefits, recruitment, training, HRIS, etc. You will have primary responsibility for the human resource information system, including reporting, changes, and updates. Other duties may include reaching out by phone and email, scheduling meetings and interviews, creating and running webinars, updating organization charts, scheduling travel or other logistical support.

You will—

Administer company databases, answer employee questions, process changes to payroll and benefits, and complete general HR paperwork.
Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries responding promptly and professionally to all requests.
Assist with the recruitment processes, onboarding, employment verifications, unemployment claims, invoices, and termination paperwork.
Maintain electronic filing systems.
Communicate professionally with all levels of the organization as well as member organizations, external organizations, and individuals.
Help staff prepare for training classes and other outreach events.
Provide backup support for benefits and wellness as needed.
Assist with other related duties as assigned, such as answering phones and cross-training with other staff members.

You will enjoy this role if you—

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree in business or similar post-high school education is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study is desired.
Have two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in human resources, administrative support, office management, clerical, or a combination of administrative functions showing your ability to perform major duties.
Have strong computer literacy and are comfortable navigating systems and databases such as HRIS (UltiPro), learning management systems, payroll/accounting software, or Microsoft SharePoint.
Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills, including a demonstrated ability to complete tasks while experiencing frequent interruptions.
Have acute attention to detail and handle data with confidentiality.
Have well-developed spoken and written communication skills.
Can work independently and accept direction from many sources on assignments and can prioritize multiple work products and due dates.
Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio).

Benefits and Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $42,592–$63,888 + discretionary pay + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will share more details during the hiring process.
