PYA is seeking a Banking and Regulatory Compliance Audit Manager to join our high-performing, dynamic culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, review, participate in, and assist other colleagues in the management of internal audit and compliance engagements for PYA financial institution/banking clients
Utilize understanding of lending and depository regulations so as to advise PYA clients on best practices
Assess, develop, and implement sustainable compliance risk management structures and processes, including sustainable compliance risk management structures and processes-, risk assessment, monitoring and testing, training, corrective action and reporting and supporting compliance technologies
Manage multiple client engagements, producing the highest quality work products, and providing excellent customer service
Work in collaboration with the PYA executive team and other service lines to offer complete business solutions to clients
Exhibit project management capabilities and accountability to ensure successful engagement results
Lead and assist the Audit and Assurance Services team with other projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) designation preferred
4+ years of banking and regulatory compliance experience with a public accounting or consulting firm preferred
Experience building relationships with financial institutions
Understanding of banking laws and regulations, including consumer compliance requirements (e.g., lending and depository regulations)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Person of sound judgment, that can manage risks effectively and efficiently
Ability to lead others and work effectively as a team
Client-oriented work ethic, delivering high-quality results
Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
