If false information or significant omissions are discovered in my application or resume by Dominion Group or entities within, Dominion Senior Living, Everlan by Dominion, Dominion Management Group, and DGA Capital; dba., DGA Residential (hereby known as Dominion), I may be refused employment or, if employed, I may be terminated.

I authorize Dominion to thoroughly investigate my work and personal history, the statements and information contained on my application documents, and I hereby consent to provide any requested information or documentation, whenever Dominion deems it necessary in any employment application-related investigation. I authorize any person, school, employer, or organization identified in my job application or related documents, my interview or resume, to provide the Company with relevant information and opinion that may be useful in making a hiring decision and I release from liability and hold harmless any such persons, employers, or organizations from legal liability in making such statements. I will hold no person, corporation, or organization liable for either giving or receiving information in such an investigation.

If employed, I may terminate my employment at any time without notice or cause, and Dominion may terminate or modify the employment relationship at any time without prior notice or cause. In consideration of my employment, I agree to conform my conduct to the rules and regulations of Dominion, and I understand that no department head or representative of Dominion, other than the President of Dominion, has any authority to enter into any agreement, oral or written, for employment for any specified period of time or to make any agreement or assurances contrary to this policy.

In connection with implementation or enforcement of Company policies or to establish and assure a safe secure workplace, I also give my consent to physical searches of my desk, work computer, work area, car, locker, or any packages or bags I have while on the company's premises, whether or not I have a lock on such items.

The business needs of Dominion may make the following conditions mandatory: overtime, shift work, rotating work schedule, or a work schedule other than Monday through Friday. Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance is an essential job function of any job or position with the Company. I accept these conditions of employment.

If employed, I understand that my employment is for no definite period of time, and if terminated, Dominion is liable only for wages or salary earned as of the date of termination. I understand that any offer of employment is contingent upon the satisfactory results of any investigation, examination, screening, or testing.
